When you complete a NewHire™ pre-employment application we may ask for information such as your name, address, email address, birth date, zip code, occupation, industry, and work history. Once you apply on-line or sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

We automatically receive and may record information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, cookie information, and the page you request. We do not currently collect IP address data, but we may do so in the future. We do not currently use cookies, but we may do so in the future.

We may sometimes give you the opportunity to provide detailed personal information about yourself or your work history, or other corporate information, but it is solely up to you whether you furnish such information. If you do provide such information, you are thereby consenting to the use of that information in accordance with the policies and practices described in this Statement. If you apply for a position through a co-branded or partner site, you may be asked to provide information on your age, gender or race.
