The Applicant Flood: Are You Prepared?
Just in the last few weeks there have been a slew of articles in the business press about recruiting. All have a common theme: prepare for the deluge…of candidates.

In the Wall Street Journal, (May 11, 2009 Page R5), Inc. and the Economist, reporters focused on the effect of higher unemployment on the number of candidates applying for jobs.
